  5. Limiting Use, Disclosure and Retention:  Your personal information will only be used or disclosed with your consent or as required by law.  Your personal information will only be retained as long as necessary to fulfill identified purposes.
  6. Accuracy:  Your personal information will be kept accurate, complete and up-to-date.  Your cooperation in providing us with any changes to your information in a timely fashion is appreciated.
  7. Safeguards:  Your personal information will be protected with appropriate security safeguards.
